THE CLASS / OUTCOMES OVER PROMPTS
A practical workshop on connecting agents, setting strict approval boundaries and planning useful personal and financial workflows. Your custom workbook covers eight areas of life, so you can tailor the setup to your goals.
Turn a career goal into an opportunity shortlist, a research brief and application drafts. Review employers, roles and every outgoing application before submission.
Learn how to organize dedicated AI accounts for banking and credit-card workflows safely, with separate access, strict limits and human approval. Practice with sample or manually uploaded statements; no money movement or live bank connection is required.
Explore career, money, health, family, home, learning, travel and productivity. For each: a useful outcome, the sources it needs, a cadence and a clear approval boundary.
Review messages, bookings, purchases and account changes before they happen. Use a low-risk connection or sample files; keep passwords out of prompts and sensitive accounts out of the practice exercise.
Your takeaway: a first workflow, an approval map and a seven-day rollout plan. Live demos and account access must be tested before class; no promise that every illustrated integration or dashboard is available in your Muse account.
CONNECT FIRST / THEN TRY A TASK
Muse offers connectors you choose in Settings, plus its own browser for web tasks. Availability and permissions can vary by account and location. The live demo will use only connections verified in the instructor account before class, with a safe fallback exercise if yours differs.
Muse's connector platform shows Gmail as an example. We will confirm its available scope in class before using email in a demo.
Muse's browser can help with appointments, online forms and purchases, subject to review. It is Muse's own browser, not a promised Chrome connector.
Meta lists options such as Notion, Slack, Zoom, Shopify and Stripe for Muse for Small Business. We will check what is available to each participant before setup.
Dedicated financial workflows start with separate access and clear approval rules. Bank-account integrations are not confirmed for this class. Never paste banking passwords or card details into prompts; use sample statements for practice.

CONNECT ONLY WHAT YOU NEED
Start with one useful workflow. Connections and permissions vary by account. Tool names below are examples, not a promise that every account or integration will be available in class.

THE EIGHT-PILLAR WHEEL
These are teaching examples from the deck, not guaranteed integrations or finished dashboards. Choose one pillar to start, then expand only after checking the result.
Research roles, compare fit and prepare application drafts. Nothing submits without review.
Organize sample or uploaded statements, flag recurring costs and prepare a read-only audit.
Organize activity notes, meal ideas and grocery lists. No medical advice or automatic order.
Compare authorized calendar information, flag conflicts and prepare plans for review.
Organize receipts, maintenance notes and upcoming tasks in a property folder.
Break a learning goal into a reading plan, short quizzes and a visible progress record.
Compare flight and hotel choices, check dates and prepare an itinerary before any booking.
Summarize the day, identify decisions and prepare replies for your review.
YOUR SEVEN-DAY ROLLOUT
A suggested first-week sequence from the deck. Move at your pace and use only verified access.
Check available access and permissions. Start read-only, or use sample files.
Choose what the agent may read or draft and what needs your approval. Use secure credential handling where available.
Pick one small job and test one source or connection.
If scheduling is available, choose a briefing or audit and check the first result.
Reuse the same outcome, sources and approval pattern in another area.
Check the summary and adjust the rules before relying on it.
Test the recurring workflow, keep a stop path and decide what to expand.
THE 60-MINUTE MAP
Connect agents, establish guardrails and configure dedicated AI accounts for banking and credit-card workflows safely. Then use the workbook to map the same approach across eight life areas.
Choose sources and permissions. Define strict guardrails, human approvals and a way to stop.
Build a career workflow and a read-only financial workflow. Discuss separate AI accounts for banking and credit-card tasks, using sample data and no live transfers.
Tour the teaching examples for health, family, home, learning, travel and productivity.
Choose a small workflow, test it and decide what to add next.
See the separate implementation membership. No automatic enrollment.
Review the evidence. Stop before any message, purchase, booking or account change.
